1. RESERVATIONS WITH FLEXIBLE RATE PLAN

Cancellation Policy - 7 days before arrival - Cancellations and changes must be made by email. We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in person.

Cancellation & Modification Period: Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Late Cancelation & Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the full amount will be charged to the credit card the guest provided.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to sell the reserved room to other guests.
Early Departure: For guests departing earlier than the scheduled check-out date, the full pending amount will be charged to the credit card the guest provided.

Modification policy
Guests may request changes to their reservations, including amendments to room types, dates, or any other details, up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, without penalty.

Changes to reservations are subject to availability. And pricing for the updated reservation will be based on the current rates for the selected room type and dates.

2. RESERVATIONS FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and changes must be made by email. We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in person.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: This reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Full Charge: The reservation amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
No-show or Early Departure: In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be retained and is non-refundable. The hotel reserves the right to sell the reserved room to other guests.
Modification Policy: No Changes Allowed: Changes to the reservation, including date changes or changes to the room type, are strictly prohibited.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend considering Travel Insurance to safeguard your investment in case of unexpected changes to your plans. Travel Insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen circumstances.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

  • We only accept Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa) no Amex and Debit Cards are accepted to make the booking.  A valid credit card Visa and MasterCard (no debit card) must be provided to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card number and expiry date will be verified using a checking sequence.
  • The non-refundable rate required a full payment of the reservation at the time of booking.
  • All Payments are processed in EUR as required by law. At Reception are accepted the following Credit cards: Master Card, Visa Card, Maestro and Cash
  • Upon check-in, the guest must present the credit card used for the reservation.
  • A pre-authorization will be placed on the card to cover the room rate and incidental charges.

Hotel Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce has the authority to charge the given credit card for any outstanding charges such as bar, late cancellation, no-show, early departure and late check-out.

5 . MULTIPLE ROOM-BOOKINGS
Bookings of 3 rooms or more are considered group bookings. Special conditions may apply. Please contact us at info@hotelrbc.be with your request.

6. ROOM CONDITIONS
All our rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people. We also do not have any rooms with twin beds, they all have double beds (queen beds in the standard rooms and king beds in all other rooms). No extra bed or rollaway bed is available

7. INVOICE REQUEST
Please, inform the billing address to the receptionist at the latest at check-in. For companies, a VAT number is required. Invoices cannot be modified after check-out.

8. NON-SMOKING HOTEL
Hotel Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce is strictly a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and the entire hotel. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of 250,00€ will be charged to the room.

9. BABY COT ( Max. 2 years old )
Only a Superior Deluxe room can be provided with a baby cot. Maximum 1 baby cot and the price is EUR 25,00/night.

10. LOST & FOUND POLICY

For any items that you might have forgotten or have lost at Hotel Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce feel free to contact us by email.

If the guest left an item in the hotel’s guest room after the guest has checked out it will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box.

Postage is always paid by the receiver of the items. Hotel Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce takes no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during postage. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within thirty (30) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded. Underwear is thrown away immediately for hygienic reasons.
