1. GENERAL CONDITIONSReservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival cannot be cancelled or modified.
In this case, the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
2. RESERVATIONS WITH FLEXIBLE RATE PLAN2.1 Cancellation Policy (Flexible Rate)
Cancellations and changes must be made via email only.
(We do not accept cancellations or modifications by phone or in person.)Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 7 days before arrival.
Late Cancellation:
If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged to the provided credit card.No-Show:
If the guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the full amount will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to resell the room.Early Departure:
Guests leaving earlier than the booked check-out date will be charged the full remaining amount.
Guests may request changes to their reservation (dates, room type, number of nights, or other details) up to 7 days before arrival, free of charge.
However, please note the following:
Rate Adjustment RuleAny modification to: The arrival date, departure date, the number of nights and the room type must follow the current rate available at the time of modification.
If the new rate is higher, the price difference will be applied.
Because room rates fluctuate based on season, availability, city events, and demand.
The originally booked rate cannot be guaranteed when modifying a reservation. Changes are always subject to availability.
3. RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE3.1 Cancellation PolicyCancellations or changes must be made via email only.
Strict Non-Refundable Policy:
The reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
The full reservation amount is charged to the provided credit card at the time of booking.
In the event of no-show or early departure, the entire amount is retained and remains non-refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to resell the room.
No changes are allowed.
This includes date changes, name changes, and room type changes.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or cancellation insurance to protect your reservation in case of unexpected changes or emergencies.
Travel insurance can offer coverage for situations such as:
sudden illness
visa issues
family emergencies
travel disruptions
The hotel is not responsible for external circumstances affecting your travel, including:
airline cancellations or delays
train strikes
extreme weather conditions
political or transportation disruptions
